Empty-Nesters Downsize Blending Old With New!

This awesome couple wanted to move to their lake house as their primary residence. As much as they love their inherited white wicker furniture, they wanted to change the color from white to wood to blend with their more natural surroundings. This not only helped sell their present home, but it now lives happily on a beautiful screened porch overlooking the lake!

Patricia, Thanks for your instructions - I'd prefer the satin as well. Have you ever heard of using appliance paint on wicker? Several years ago I saw this finish done by an antique dealer at a show. It gave a deep and rich look.
  • @Claudia - no I have never heard of using appliance paint on wicker. Everyone has different ways to do projects that make it work for them. I am always open to new ideas - thank you for the tip!
