FINISHED Pair of Queen Ann Magnolia Tables

M&M Embellishments

I found a pair of Queen Ann end tables that I decided to use my stain art on. I went with complimentary Magnolia images. You can see Part 1 (I give a bit of a step by step in that post)of this post here:

I sanded and stripped and sanded and stipped and.... UGH!

I use stain for all of my artwork ( well, not ALL). Minwax Ebony. With these pieces, I did add Minwax Grey because I though only the Ebony would be too harsh. In the end, I could have just done it all with the ebony and gotten the same effect.
I decided to take pictures outside on this nice day so that you can actually see the correct color! My interior lighting is so terrible, it's hard to see.
I used Velvet Finishes paints, Rococo (cream) for the top and Cosmopolitan for the base. {and many, many coats of General Finishes High Performance Top Coat}
