How to Make a Hairpin Leg Desk in a Few Easy Steps
You're going to love this one! This hairpin leg desk build is honestly so super easy and a great way to have an awesome new desk. All you need is a plank of wood of your choice ( live edge is super trendy right now), and some hairpin legs. (Also some wood stain, screws, and a top coat.)
Let's get started!
1. Stain the tabletop
Here's a photo of the table top I used (post-stain).
2. Screw in the hairpin legs
And here you can see the legs I will use.
I used 8 of these legs, and screwed them in- that's it!
Quick shot of the tabletop before the stain.
Here's a great photo of the desk with a beautiful top coat.
The simplicity of the build allows for so much space!
It could also be used as a dining table, or both- whatever you decide!
It was so easy to do, and looks great! This one is really beautiful!
