How I Spray Paint hardware

I love it when I can reuse hardware from the furniture pieces that I refresh. Clean, sand, spray. More details on the blog post and see my makeshift paint booth ;)
Before, love those little pineapples! I've never seen any like this.
After the first coat.
Finished hardware.

@Lindsay what I do sometimes is put the hardware in an old slow cooker with water and turn it onlow and let it cook for awile and thenI take a soft toothbrush and brush the loose paint off and then dry with a soft lint free cloth like my husband's old tshirts and then paint. I hope this helps!
