Paint+Mirror Tiles Adds a Drab-to-Fab Touch!

3 Materials
Easy
When you have a plain bookshelf & desk with a plain strip of wood staring you in the face, BEGGING to be personalized, sometimes you just have to oblige ;)
Before, plan and boring bookshelf - desk had a similar plain strip of wood across the front (forgot to snap pic)
I painted the plain strip on both the bookshelf and desk with a few coats of purple craft paint.
Then I hot glued mirror tiles across, eyeballing to space them apart as evenly as possible.
I moved the bookshelf over, under the lip of my desk, to create a "work station" and really show off the cute, personal touches I gave these pieces!
Suggested materials:
  • Purple craft paint   (Walmart)
  • Hot glue   (craft store)
  • Square Mirror Tiles   (Michael's)
