Can Unicorn Spit paints be used on a plastic table top?
I have several "personal tables" (think giant-sized, stable TV trays) made out of almond colored textured plastic. After years of use, they just don't look very nice anymore. I am fascinated with all the Unicorn Spit projects but unsure if it would work on this plastic top.
Ideas? Suggestions? How about if I spray coated with Rustoleum Spray Plastic Primer? Thoughts?

Yes you can!
Yep I think you could definitely! The unicorn spit line is a lot more like a paint than a stain so you should be able to use it on just about any material.
Yes you can and here's a makeover of a table using the product. Hope it inspires you and good luck!

Busted to Beautiful: a UNICORN SPiT Table Transformation!
Hi there, yes Unicorn SPiT can be used on plastic. I would sand the plastic trays first to give the SPiT something to grip onto. If the trays will be used often, I would mix the Unicorn SPt with a dishwasher-safe mod podge to give it extra grip and make it more long-lasting. Enjoy fun, Unicorn SPiT is soooo much fun to play with.
Yes it will work!
Try using the primer first and then paint it another color if you want.
It would depend upon the surface and may not adhere well.
Yes, it will work and since your table tops are textured that will add to the look and the adhesion. Play with the unicorn spit to get the look you love and then apply several coats of clear sealer, either sprayed or brushed on for long-lasting results.
Yes you can but If you are having trouble getting your Unicorn SPiT to stick directly to glass or plastic, apply chalk-type paint or Mod Podge first and let it dry. This will allow the Unicorn SPiT to stick to slick surfaces better.
