Can you replace chair legs to raise the height of the chair?

2 chairs are too low to the floor and I haven't been able to see if they can be removed. The fabric is still great.

They were put together in pieces and should come apart in pieces.

most DIY Big Box stores have chair & table legs. Menards has a lot of them, but some are in the lumber Dept and some are in the hardware Dept. 🙄

Hi Bonnie: Yes, most chair legs are either screwed in with screws or screwed in by turning. Some, however are glued in. The screw may be able to be seen easily, or on an angle where they are sort of hidden. Make sure you don't make the legs to high without putting a runner (that board that goes from one leg to another to keep them from splaying out) on them. An inch or two shouldn't matter, but any higher, I'd try maybe adding a cushion to the chair to lift the seat. Good luck
