Distress the wood on the door and add personal or other photos that you like and hang or just lean against a wall.

I'd turn it into a hall tree by adding a bench, or half table to the front, then spray paint the back side of the glass panes with Kylon Looking Glass spray paint that turns glass into a mirror. Turn it into a photo gallery, hang it horizontally, or vertically. Painted, and distressed, look on the frame. You can put half of a handle on it, using a porcelain one, with a design on it, for added interest, or leave the hole, and wrap ribbons around it to hang down.

I'd take out the glass and put in stained glass panels and then stand it against a wall or add LED seed lights around the back of it and hang it.

I SAW ON A T.V SHOW THEY LAID IT SIDEWAYS AND MADE A BAR IN THEIR KITCHEN TURNED OUT BEAUTIFUL. THANKS HAVE A BLESSED SUNDAY.
