How can I paint over my tile counter tops?
I have tan tile counter tops, guess they are ceramic.. hate them and want to paint or concrete over, as don't have $$ to take out and replace. Any suggestions?

Use a tile paint and always use Counter Savers for Prep etc.
The only way to do it is with epoxy but that is for sure nothing you would want to do it yourself
