Hello there,
Once clean and dust free, use a Brick and tile or /concrete Paint/Floor paint!
Start at the farthest corner and work backwards.
Clean off the surface first, then just use a paint suitable for concrete.

Using a concrete paint or stain from your local hardware store is the best method. Be sure to powerwash first, so there's no dirt under your paint.

You will want to make sure it is clean and you may need to etch it for it to adhere. There are multiple projects here on Hometalk that have painted patios and porches that are concrete, if that is what it is made from.
