Funny I'm reupholstering a recliner with same proevrything works out.blem. What I'm going to do is take as much of the crap as possible then I'm laying. Pleather material on top. Once it's on I could care less if it peels off. Good luck to us both hope
I would brush it with a stiff brush and just upholster right over the old peeling stuff, once you get the loose pieces off.
