Can u take it apart n put new fabric on!!?
In order to keep it soft, the fabric must be wet when painting. I use a spray bottle from the dollar store to spray water on the furniture as I go.
Have recovered couches etc, before, looking for shortcut first, and painting may not be "that". Thank you.

Sounds like a "bit" of extra "drying time" to prevent mildew etc. But, what KIND of paint...fabric paint with medium in it, or what?
