Your local auto/ window glass replacement shop can help. They can also help with replacing aquarium glass you just need aquarium sealant instead of regular silicone...in case you ever need that advice as well...
If u want to keep the integrity of the antique, having it re-silvered is recommended. It can be expensive. Check in your area to find places that deal w antique restoration. They should have a source and ball park costs
