I have a couple of old, white, leather covered chairs from a department store that closed down years ago. Solid and sturdy, they were used outside of the dressing room for anyone (mostly the hubbies of wives who were trying on clothes) to sit in while waiting. The white leather is crackle-toned from years of use but they have lots of wear left! I have seen painted leather before, and want to create something special. What kind of paint and sealant do I use that will withstand 'seating use'? Anyone know?
