How do I paint the fabric on my kitchen stools I want to make them navy blue could you tell me where I can get fabric paint that is navy blue or denim blue right now they are light blue and stained

Craft stores carry fabric paint, or you could try chalk paint. A lot of people have had success using chalk paint to paint upholstered furniture.
Auto parts stores. I used some to repaint my grandsons car seat and toddler couch ... they're spray paint cans though. FYI
