We have recently moved into our dream house and found the previous owner had left an unwanted TV stand in the garage. As I was staring at it while sipping my favorite drink, the Starbucks Frappuccino, I had this fun idea...
My plan was to convert this old TV stand into a much-needed garden supplies storage.
I attached this garden tool organizer to the right side of the TV stand and spray painted both in Kona Brown which was closest to its original stain color.
I painted the center of an old kitchen cabinet door with black chalk paint, and the frame in the Starbucks theme colors.
I included their logo on the chalkboard because I planned to attach the caps of my Frappuccino drinks to decorate this storage center.
A piece of two-by-four was cut into halves, sanded and spray-painted in Kona Brown before they were attached to the TV stand using L-brackets.
Wood screws were used to attach the chalkboard to the two painted supports. Frappuccino caps were glued and clamped onto both supports to add interest.

A copper pipe with hooks was also attached to the supports so I can hang my gardening tools.
I spray-painted the two doors using Kona Brown and Meadow Green.
After attaching the doors, I glued two Frappuccino caps onto the door knobs.
Now I have this very functiional and fun centerpiece in my garden to make it my truly Happy Place!
Yay!
