Uber-Upcycler and Fairy-God-Mother of Re-Upholstery

Granting new life to old souls (at least in furniture anyway), I always see the hidden gem in what most people toss to create one of a kind pieces with pizzazz
a yummy ikat transformed two dining chairs into works of (super comfy) art
fabric is a perfect scale for size of chair (which many folks don't take into consideration).
Great lines & extremely well made..but tired and tattered
Buddha approves this transformation
Yucko in faded lavender, but again, great lines, super comfy & well made
Old sofa had seen better days, but all down filled, hardwood frame (heavy!) and over 7 ft long!
Camo is everywhere, perfect for this country pied-à-terre. Nothing prissy or fussy here.
'Haute-Hillbilly' in the Catskills. (Sweet stream-side retreat on airbnb. Andes NY for more pics)
The transformation with a paint sprayer, & remnants of great fabric.
From fuddy-duddy to fabulous
a curbside find (sweet but tired) little sewing cabinet
I had the middle drawer painted a shade different (more orange) for added sex appeal
