Does anyone have experience staining an uncovered cement sidewalk?

It is exposed to the rainy weather of the Pacific Northwest? Any tips on materials and techniques that will provide a long lasting finish?

Although I don't live in your area, I have stained outdoor concrete several times with much success. You need to buy cement stain, at any Home Depot, Lowe's or Ace, and then get the top coat. You'll apply several coats of the finish. The directions are really simple. I rolled my stain on once and once did it by hand which puts a real strain on your knees! I hope I've helped!

Agreed. Paint isn't the answer for us. Thanks for your response.
