First try Mr. Clean Magic Eraser
Sometimes you can rub it and it will roll off. Might be much simpler to just paint white over it.
I ended up painting the woodwork again, after carefull applying green painters tape.
If your trim is newly painted, just take a small artist brush and apply your trim cover over the bleed thru. This is how our company did touch- ups if wall color bled through.
if it hasn't been repainted, suggest a new coat on all trim to showcase your room.
Try wiping it off with a damp washcloth. Or you can use 220-grit sandpaper to loosen the paint. Then touch up over any residual.
