To make a weathered stain for regular or pressure treated wood consider this process.
Try making the vinegar and steel wool stain solution in the links below Ive used it many times to apply to new PT wood when replace rotted PT boards making a better match to existing decking with great success. If you like gray weathered tones this may be your answer.
