How to thicken craft paint to use for stenciling?

you don't need to thicken if to remember to not only wipe the paint off. After dipping into it, but then wipe most of it off on paper towel. The biggest mistake people make when stenciling is not brushing off all the excess paint.Helpful Reply -

I never thicken. Use as is but very thin coats so not to smear. May take seversl coats to get dark enough. Make sure dry between coats. Thinner coats work best. Patience is key!Helpful Reply -
