Have you taken a trip to the paint store for chips? Are you trying to match a color. Try maybe something in a soft grey blue .

Most paint departments have awesome color matching capabilities if you're trying to match something. I would definitely start by getting some paint chips and looking at those colors, then purchase several sample size paints and paint swatches on your walls. Paints on the wall often look darker than the chip. I believe Bahrain paints has a booklet that is primarily blue tones, I know for sure they have one for greys and neutrals too.

Check out Pinterest. Just type in blue paint or blue wall paint or something similar. That's what I did. There are tons of ideas including the names and sources for the paint.

No, I'm looking for a blue paint in a lighter shade/tone that's soft to use in a rather dark dining room.

@Dee Before I selected "quench blue" by Sherwin Williams for my kitchen, I played around with their online tool and considered several different colors. Give it a go - then go into the store and actually look at the color chips to determine how close it is to what you see on the screen.
