I painted a half bath vanity cabinet using Annie Sloan chalk paint in Cocoa. No voc and still great after 2 years. Just make sure to wax it/seal.
Absolutely, chalk Paint is fine! You can use Rust-Oleum, Martha Stewart, or the Testor's kit for as seen on tv. And you can seal it with Crystal Clear by Krylon!

Absolutely --- just be sure to seal. I do not recommend wax for cabinets especially in the bathroom ..instead use a water base poly
