No, sorry but those are two completely different paints. The sea glass paint gives a dull opaque color, to mimic real sea glass that has been dulled buy the sand and seawater. Looking glass paint, is shiny silver and somewhat reflective like a mirror. You can order looking glass paint online at Jo-Ann's, Amazon, etc. Just so you know, the spray cans of it are very small, not the size of a regular can of spray paint... Maybe half as big.

Rustoleum also makes a mirror spray paint that can be use to make mercury glass.
No, sea glass spray paint won't work, you need mirror effect or looking glass. There are many on-line stores that sell it. I found mine at Michaels crafts.
Walmart, Lowe’s, Michaels, Hobby Lobby and many paint stores carry looking glass paint. ☺️
no- the sea glass won't give you the same effect.
