You have to prime otherwise it will peel...speaking form experience. Use a high-adhesion primer like Zinsser BIN or Kilz...Most paint and BB stores have their own version too. Just read the labels.
I wouldn't try the 2-in-1 paints for trim. You want it to last.

Yes use primer as it will give the non oil paint something to stick to and make the coverage of the new paint more even, you can even have the primer tinted in the same color as the paint.
There are certain places you really should not put latex over oil. Wet areas is one of these.
You can with the proper prep. Lightly sand the surface. Definitely use a primer like Kilz. Then paint. If you don't prime the finish paint will peel off.
