You need to use stonecoat resin. It will give you the wet look. :) Check them out at stonecoatcountertops.com
Also you'll want to fill in the grout lines on the tile before pouring resin.

Use a long handled spreader from DIY store. Start at far end and work backwards.....
about the grout lines --- the resin is self leveling ... unless you just don't like the look of the grout, it won't matter --- I've used a two part epoxy for sealing mosaic tile work and it covers the grout just fine -- be sure it is clean as you can get it, and BONE DRY!
