I've found that diluted white vinegar in water (around 30% vinegar, 70% water) helps to soften the paint splatters and makes them easy to peel off.
  • A paint scraper will remove the paint if its not soaked into the pores of the wood. If that happened power wash it and the paint should come off. You can also try WD-40 it should soften the paint enough so you can remove the splatter.

Try a blue Scrunge. sponge. It usually works if there is any little rise to catch. I always paint in the house and get paint everywhere.

Believe it or not, fingernails are great for scraping off small flecks. (Provided, of course, they're in good, healthy condition and you don't mind them getting just a little worn down.)
