What kind of paint should I use to cover old paint that they use insid

    Well I don't know what kind of paint you are talking about, but in general if it was oil-based...you have to stick with the oil base paints because if you put latex paints over it, it can bubble and literally start running off the wall in patches. Might want to do a small test area, and let sit for a couple days before you proceed.

    I used Kilz to prime my house and hide old stains/marks left after wiping down walls. Then chose an oil based paint to go over it..

    Chalk paint goes over anything and does a beautiful job ,I like Aspire brand ,it comes in many colours.
