Painting Old Formica Countertops
Rustoleum counter restoration.
Thank you so much, my slisters have an old counter in there shop that needs refinis.
I have found, that whatever you paint it with, you first need to sand it to have adherence of the paint, but I also found it took a lot better to first sand and then apply a primer. Then paint. Then put a spray polyurethane on it to keep in permanent. That's just what I found by trial and error. Good luck with the project.
Giani Countertop paint.
save yourself some labor and headaches. Go to HD and buy the formica counter tops and install them yourself. Nothing to it. Take the other off, cut and measure, (not in that order), install with L brackets glue on end pieces, your done. NEW TOPS.......
Thanks not an option.
