What type of paint do I need to use on a school bus' exterior?

I have purchased a school bus from a school district and plan to gut it and turn it into a tailgating/party bus. I want to paint the exterior and then also paint school spirit designs and logos on the sides. What I don't know is what type of paint would be required for this job. If anyone knows, and can educate me on this, I would be greatly appreciative! Thanks!
