What type of roller do I need to paint a pop corn ceiling?

We have popcorn ceiling in every room. We can't afford a painter, so we would like to do it, but without using a sprayer.

I would think one with a deep nap -- but ask at the Paint Store .. .will take LOTS of paint -- that stuff 'drinks' paint ...
It’s not easy but you can paint popcorn ceilings. You’ll want to choose a soft roller with very deep pile. :)
You will need a very thick nap, the thickest they have. And depending on the size of your room at least a gallon of paint per 15×15sqft. If never painted before it will suck up paint like nobody's business.
