Rust-Oleum Concrete Paint
Masonry paint is the best for concrete walls, it allow moisture to pass through. Avoid latex paint.

Hi Kathy, I'm not sure if your concrete wall is brand new and still in it's raw form? If yes I would a coat of water-based alkali-resistant plaster primer on first before painting the bricks with outdoor acrylic paint.

If it is an indoor wall any kind of paint will work.

You might want to check out concrete stain rather than paint. It will last much longer. Whichever you go with, just make sure it is the formula for concrete. Also, you will want to clean & etch the concrete prior to painting or staining.

Is the concrete wall indoors or outdoors? You'll probably need a good masonry primer to start with then after that, paint the pattern if it's indoors.
