What is the best paint for wine bottles?

I want to paint some wine bottles with a frosted paint. I have some little lights that I want to shine through. Any ideas? Thank you in advance.

I second the ideas about using a frosted spray paint. I've made something similar to what you mentioned and that's what we used, works great!
