How about a steel grey, or a light peach? They would compliment the blue wall really nicely- have fun with it, keep us posted!!
Grey would look really good if didn't want white
I did a cheap dresser in my guest room in dark turquoise, and it looks great! Lowes has a furniture paint that needs no primer, and even covered the cheap, shiny surface..that took two coats.
It costs a bit..I think I paid over $20 for a quart, but dried in a day, and came out smooth and even.
I switched out the wooden knobs for Nickle plated ones, because I wanted a sleeker look.
The rest of the room has some lighter turquoise touches, and white rattan, with beach scenes on the soft white wall
My guests love it.
I can't remember the paint brand, but I remember the commercial on TV uses chameleons in it đŸ˜„
Hi! How about painting it white and bringing through a little if the wall color of blue and slide a little through while the paint underneath of white is still wet. You could use some white gesso to keep it moist. Have lots of fun, Debbie
I like everyone's ideas thank you so much.
I would paint it a sandy beige color, darker than the counter top but lighter than the floor. That would go well with the beach theme. Get some shell door pulls, too.
For a 'beach glass" look, how about the same / similar color as the wall except 1 or 2 shades lighter? Best wishes!
What about Tourquise? Would go great with the beach theme and add a beautiful pop of color.
look on the internet to find a color wheel. Then find your wall color on the wheel. The color opposite your wall color is the complementary color and will go well with your walls!
I use greywood behr at home depot. Its a really good 'drift wood' color, and it works great with a beachy theme.
How about dry brushing the cabinet to look like driftwood. Sea Glass paint from Sherwin Williams is a great beach color and accent with coral or different "sea glass colors."
