Can I use a klitz primer on a hollow core door?
I just painted 2 doors with a klitz oil base primer like I was told to do but still like 1 side of the door klitz before painting with a latex paint .Can I use a regular klitz primer to finish I hated working with the oil-base klitz since I will have to buy another quart

I have always used the latex version of Kilz primer. It cleans up nicely and works well with a latex top coat.
Sure, but you really ought to use an oil based paint as your finish so it holds up better. Remember to sand between coats.
I agree with the above answer. The latex primer works great..I would add-make sure you use TSP or a replacement cleaner prior. This added step seems to help adhesion and makes it less likely to peel or scrape off.
