Can I use chalk paint to paint my kitchen cabinets?

My cabinets were painted brown many years ago. I don't want to have to sand down.

You may not want to sand first, but you will need to wax or polyurethane the chalk paint after painting. And you will still have to clean the cabinets well with something like TSP.
try a small spot on inside of cabinet door to see how it works.....
yes, follow the directions for chalk paint and make sure you seal it with the wax finish
Yes for sure, i found the wax finish makes it hard to wipe off dirt and finger prints from kids, i would use polycrylic to seal it
