You can, they actually sell tub and tile paint you can use, which is your best bet because it is designed to stand up to wetness and moisture (for the shower tile), floor tile it will depend on how much wetness and moisture it has to hold up to, I would use a specific bathroom floor tile paint or otherwise you can use many types of paint, here are some tutorials on bathroom floor tile:
