Sure! Just prep well and use the correct formula paint. -

yes. I recommend a light sanding and a rustoleum paint. -

Yep you can. Cover the glass. Lightly sand the frames. Spray paint with metal paint. -

I painted the frame on my storm door and it's been over a year now. Get a good quality paint. BTW, my storm door gets intense sun until noon. After that, the eave of the house shadows it.
