Your local home improvement store should carry a paint/primer that is meant for painting on tile. I'm not sure how it would work for a floor, but we painted our tile backsplash and it worked perfectly! Good luck.
Go to your nearby paint store and they will be able to help you find the paint you need for painting ceramic tile. Make sure you clean the tile and it is clear of dust and fuzz. Good luck
You can if you put GRIPPER PRIMER from the paint dept. On first then paint it.
