Use mod podge and white acrylic paint, put in 200 deg oven half an hour, they should be white
Mask the inside neck and then pour paint in, roll it around, turn it right side up, let the paint settle then remove tape. Use cream colored paint.
Use Modpodge and white paint. Coat the inside of the bottle and bake the bottle at a low temp.
pour the paint inside the bottle, rotate it to cover the insides to the height you want, set upright to dry, or if you want it to look 'FULL' set it upside down and the excess paint will drain out -- don't use a 'snow' white -- use a slightly cream white -- like 'REAL' milk!
Choose a paint that has the colour of milk (a chalk paint or thicker paint would be best), pour1/2 cup into the bottle, turn the bottle so that the paint coats the side, pour out excess, lay bottle on its side, let dry....repeat until all the interior of the bottle is coated
