There’s DIY kits for this at the big box stores, although the color choices are white and almond.

Pro paint stores have more choices and better advice, as bathtubs are not easy to successfully re-coat.

(I paid to have my two person Jacuzzi brand tub re-coated by a factory authorized company and they created sags & runs. As in it’s not an easy job.)

The prep work is critical. Keeping all surfaces 100% clean is important, as well as starting with removing as much hardware as possible. I would burnish the painters’ tape during masking

    .

The fumes may make this a summertime project, so check the ventilation requirements.

If you’ve active rust problems, then they must be solved first, or the long term results will fail.

Tim, have it reglazed the color you want. Find a plumber at Home Advisor.com. Aloha

RUSTOLEUM makes an awesome TUB / TILE paint -- the PREPARATION is critical, as is following the directions ... but it's a great product!

RustOleum makes a kit. Wear a respirator and follow directions exactly. We went gold to white a year ago and it’s held up so far.
