How to simply do indoor painting with different color on border?

    The trick is in the tape. Apply painters tape (frog tape is a good one) to the borders to easily paint the specific areas you want.

    Measure the area and mark lightly with a pencil then put blue tape on the pencil line paint the lower area then when paint is dry put another row of blue tape just below first and paint upper area

    use painters tape to cover where you do not want paint

    Choose your color for the walls, tape around the window frame, and then begin to paint. When you are DONE ... then you can paint the mop boards. All is done, but your rejoicing, and removing the papers that you laid down, so paint would not be dripping paint on the floor, or carpet. Best wishes, J.
