Alcohol inks and modge podge are easy ways to paint glass.
No. Lightly sanding first may help. Then pain and then seal.

No. Glass is not porous so there is no need for sealant.

When painting glass, you either need to use acrylic enamel paint or if using acrylic paint you need to also use a glass medium which can be picked up any hobby store.
