i did more research, if you have water bass emulsion and the ratio of 2/3 it does actually work , the pain turns into a pigment , my blind looks amazing

Is it 3 paint to 2 water
Hi there, I know you posted this over 3 years ago but just asking a question on the off chance you may see it. Was the emulsion you settled on 3 parts paint 2 parts water or 2 parts pain and 3 parts water? Also, how has it held up over time? Thank you
