Could you give us more info please so we know exactly what you need?
Make sure you keep all your hardware in a sealed container so that you don't lose anything.
Mark the doors and drawers with painter's tape and number them, put a matching piece on the inside of the cabinet.
Clean with TSP.
Prime.
Paint with a self leveling cabinet paint.

What ever you use wash them down realy well to get all grease off
So we painted ours, they were a laminate which is more difficult to deal with than wood, but the process is essentially the same. We washed them down very well. Then we primed everything with Kilz - it's harsh, but it works - then we painted them, two coats with a really good semi-gloss paint.
