What kind of paint do you use to paint Linoleum bathroom counter tops?

Just want to change the color of the counter top
in the bathroom without putting a hole new top on?

Linoleum is old style flooring.
Rustoleum has a kit for re-doing laminate counter tops.
at one point, lino was put on counter tops as a cheap replacement/fix. yup i've seen a few. usually the more vintage houses. my aunt had it at the farm house.
Yes, you're right, 'just don't hear about it much anymore. It was common in post-war houses due to the availability and cost; before the new! space-age! arborite in bathrooms.
Does anyone still call laminate arborite any more?
