It's not in the paint, it's in the prep. You have to clean those "years of" from the floor then use, of all things, garage floor paint. There are kits available with epoxy paints and add-on sprinkles and such. Keep in mind that the actual painting is the icing on the cake. Prep work is what's hard. -

OOOH baf problem...first you need to scrape the old paint off...all you can get off then Rustoleum makes a great garage floor paint that works well
