there are colored grout sealers......it came in a few colors.....check at tile store or big box lumber store.
I wouldn't use paint for this repair. I agree to found a good grout sealer in the right color.
I am not sure which type of tile you are talking about but paint can't be used to fill in cracks or any kind of recess. There are many kinds of fillers for different materials that need repaired but they would be visible once installed.
Can you take a picture of a part of what you want repaired? There are so many talented people on this site and I am positive that one of them would have the perfect answer for you if they could see what you need done.
