A Chelsea Allover Stenciled Entryway

Give your house a grand entrance with a stenciled entryway that warmly welcomes family and friends. The entryway is often the first impression of a home for guests. The problem is that it's a space that can easily collect clutter and usually lacks in decorating. That's where we step in!
Today we're going to share an entryway that will hopefully inspire you to greet your guests with stenciled style!
We'd like you to meet Devina, the creative DIYer from This Hart Life. Devina and her husband recently purchased a house and now she's working hard to make it their home. She commented, "I wanted our entryway to feel very inviting but also have a chic style to it." Here is a picture of her entryway before its makeover.
Devina knew she wanted to keep the walls white but wanted some sort of accent wall. For awhile she considered using wallpaper but it's very expensive and can be difficult to put up. She started browsing Pinterest for alternatives when she stumbled upon our wall stencils. Devina fell in love with our Chelsea Allover Stencil, the pretty pattern resembles a stylized acanthus leaf. For her stencil project, she used blue painters tape to adhere the stencil to the wall and our dense foam roller to paint the pattern. Then she stenciled the elegant design in black.
Once the stenciling was complete, Devina added some decor elements to complete the look. She purchased a beautiful mirrored console table from Wayfair, hung antique gold Peruvian mirrors from West Elm, and a gold giraffe from Home Goods. Ready to see how her stenciled entryway turned out? Here it is!
And here's a close-up of the gorgeous stencil work. Devina had this to say about her completed project, "This was my first design project in our new home and I couldn't be happier with the end result. I love coming home from work and seeing this entryway everyday." We think it's gorgeous!
