When I first made this living room in happy colorful taste, my daughter was only 5. She was a little princess who loves cute unicorns in pastel colors. Now she is tuning to 9 and says "Why does our home have sooo much color?", I knew this moment of going to next page would come. Actually, I felt like some change even before that.

So, It was time to change, I chose pistachio green for my living room wall. Here is transformation from colorful-kidsloving room to calm, simpler and comfortable one with little antique touch.

This colorful and cute living room was cozy and fun.

It was actually fun taking every clothes off from wall, then I started paint job with my daughter, who is now really a good help.

The paint I chose this time, is TURNER'S pistachio green. I've never used this much dark color on my wall, how exciting!

Paint work is done, decorative wall mirrors, frames and an old clock are in place now. Simple with green and little bit of antique is the theme I wanted this time. I thought about doing decoration when I decide to make change in my room.

Here is the finished room with new sofa and cat. Sadly, that big red sofa I used have was old and needed to go.

From opposite angle. I think green looks more lively with this wall.

Finished, and I am very happy with this change. My daughter says this room feels like "cool"icon
